By-Laws
As recommended by Skate Ontario in order to ensure that our By-laws are in line with what is expected of Not-For-Profit Corporations, under the Ontario Not For Profit Corporation Act ('ONCA'), the PSC By-Laws were updated and accepted at the AGM in October 2025.
