Our non-profit organziation is primarily run and managed by volunteer board members. Our porgams would not be possible without them. The President provides overall leadership and oversees the day-to-date operations of the club.

Merrilee Vermue
The registrar maintains the electronic registration system, oversees the registration process and provides technical support to members as required.
Secretary

The secretary maintains minutes, correspondence and record-keeping for all board meetings.
Treasurer

Merv Holmes
The treasurer manages all financial transactions, maintains accurate financial records and prepares annual budgets and reports for board and AGM review.

Program Coordinator

Vacant Position
Working closely with the coaching team, the program coordinator oversees the planning and delivery of PSC skating programs. This role includes ice scheduling, teaching aid inventory, and maintaining CANskate evaluation records.
Test Chair

Merrilee Vermue
The Test Chair schedules and organizes all STAR test days, tracks payments and submits test results to Skate Canada. This role will maintain STAR skater evaluation records.
Coaches Rep

Sarah Hutton
The Coaching Rep is the liaison between the executive team and is a voting member of the executive team on behalf of the coaches in accordance with Skate Canada guidelines.

The Communications & Marketing Director manages the club's communications, newsletters and social media accounts and promotes the club programs with promotional material
Volunteer Coordinator

Erin Shepherd
The Volunteer & Fundraising Coordinator recruits, tracks and organizes fundraising and volunteer efforts throuhout the season.
